Over the past four years, I have worked across several cultural and non-profit organizations in Germany and internationally, primarily in communications, project coordination and artist support.

My experience includes roles at Kaboom Animation Festival in the Netherlands, where I have been part of the Marketing & Communications department, as well as at the Berlin-based NGO zusa, where I co-curated a residency and supported the day-to-day operations of an international artistic program. These roles demanded precision, discretion and a strong sense of structure. Alongside my organizational and administrative experience, I bring a longstanding passion for independent and experimental cinema.

I have studied and practiced animation, contributed to film festivals and worked on video documentation projects in various formats. My academic and professional journeys have allowed me to engage with cinema not only as a medium but as a critical and evolving language.

I am fluent in English, currently improving my German and I am confident in my ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully across internal and external stakeholders.

Most importantly, I care about the people and ideas behind the work and I am truly motivated by environments that balance structure with cultural purpose.
