I'm Ellen, studying arts, cultures and museum / gallery management at Leuphana University. Back in 2011 I've completed Master studies in Sociology and now I'm pathing my way to the field of arts that I'm passionate about.

My journey began in media and publishing, where I developed skills in brand management, campaign planning, client relations, managing ad campaigns and organizing brand-building events. I then advanced to EdTech, where I led a 20-person team, streamlined payroll processes, created guidebooks to improve operations, and developed protocols that enhanced transparency and user experience.

With a strong passion for the arts and a desire to explore the fusion of creativity, business, and social impact, I'm now looking for opportunities in art curation and management. I'm open to part-time opportunities that would complement my studies (Teilzeit und Minijobs, optionally Vollzeit).

I'm fluent in English and Russian, know basic Croatian and Serbian, and now actively learning German.
